I was looking for a creatine supplement, but I bought this instead, because I really liked how it sounded. It has far exceeded my expectations so far! Since I'm new to the product, I followed the directions on the bottle that told me to start with only 1 scoop for my first usage, which turned out to be a good idea. It didn't taste completely horrible, but it was super sugary, so I just downed it really fast. It gave me an enormous amount of energy, but it didn't leave me jittery or feeling weird in any way. My stamina was noticeably higher than normal, which is just what I was looking for. I was able to work out for about triple the amount of time that I had been prior to using this product. I was able to get a seriously hardcore workout from using it, and I definitely noticed the pump it gave me. Also, I feel as if I'm recovering way faster than I normally do. It's only been 2 days since that hardcore workout, and I feel like I might be ready again tomorrow, which is saying a lot! This has definitely been one of my favorite purchases as of late. I VERY highly recommend this pre-workout drink, especially if you're looking for extra energy, stamina, pump, and quicker recovery!

Husband approves. He loves the taste and effects. He said is dangerous on taste cause it's good. Easy to mix. He said it's like tasting melted blow pop popsicle. He doesn't feel run down after hours on it. He sleeps great and feels great after even says he didn't take it. You can tell moment he took it cause he's off doing something. Took about 5 mins to kick in. He enjoys working out but this helped a lot. Even for long 3rd shift work that he's not used to. He loves everything in it. He has tried every pre work out and even protein shakes this he loves. No jitters. No zonk out. Just consistent effects. Though he does intake more fluids. He really loves it. Now need more.

I love this pre-work out. It gives me a great tingly feeling and gets me in the mood for a great 2 or 3 hour workout before my body decides to stop. It doesn't taste bad at all compared to other pre-work outs and the price is amazing. I'm not an expert at pre workouts but I do work out everyday and many times I have one. This one compares wonderfully to other preworouts out there. Like I said I love this pre-work out but I just can't see myself continuously taking creatine. I keep my weight lower and I don't think taking it will help. If you want a great pre-work out with out looking and researching, you can't beat this and what you get for your money.

One of the silica packets was sliced open, the beads are super small so its tough to filter them out. Probably a manufacturing error, or maybe they're trying to break us out of the simulation.Still tastes pretty good though.

I was using the ON pre-workout from Costco but this stuff blows that out of the water. It gets you going and keeps you energized. My workouts are about 50% better now.

First time ever trying a pre-workout and I am completely satisfied the taste is a bit sugary to my liking. I was scared at first because of the reviews. I did one scoop in 16 ounce water. I started drinking little sips at you know what I was getting myself into my I energized at the gym and I startedWalking Threadmill went on for almost 2 hours without feeling tired without feeling exhausted. I was able to get my cardio and my lift weight. I did not feel jittery nor did I crash after I would totally recommend. I personally will only take maybe twice a three times a week not every day, but it will give you that boost of energy. You’re looking forward to put in at the gym. Will definitely recommend.
