Much better than other brands I've bought
Tastes like crap but I mix with squash and it's fine. I've noticed less muscle recovery time is needed since using this. I'm actually quite impressed. I did a lot of research before buying this brand as I'd been looking at non-vegan alternatives only to find they didn't have to list what they were made out of, which turns out to be animal hooves, bones and hair. Gross. So I opted for this vegan blend made of quinoa and brown rice. Now that sounds more pleasant. Unfortunately this doesn't come flavoured but easily remedied. Very pleased with the product
