aeroSling® XPE ' a new dimension of super-light, transportable suspended pulley trainers. All you need for an effective and challenging workout is your own body weight ' and the aeroSling® XPE. Reduce workout time and improve the results by simultaneously working on strength and muscle coordination with the integrated pulley system.

The aeroSling® XPE is of the same quality as the other aeroSling® models, however, available at a lower price. This is made possible by focusing its design on the essential core functions of aeroSling®. The aeroSling® XPE is also ideally suited for those who travel a lot or have only limited space for transport. The handles of the aeroSling® XPE ' other than those of aeroSling® ELITE ' have no carabiners allowing the aeroSling® XPE to be folded down to an even smaller size.

Suspended pulley training - the (r)evolution of sling training

It is more than just an exciting experience to perform sling training with a pulley ' the pulley also enables a lot of new exercises. All aeroSling® models have this central pulley that allows you to exercise freely in all directions (suspended pulley training). The instability introduced by the pulley enhances your exercises by simultaneously affecting strength and muscle coordination You'll quickly notice an effective power increase even in everyday situations. Perfectly natural and flowing movements are enabled by the adjustable pulley resistance ' individually adjustable to your personal needs. Thus, the instability can be continuously reduced to simplify performing new exercises.

Easily adjustable and designed for extreme loads

The aeroSling® XPE is the smaller brother of the established aeroSling® ELITE and was designed especially for the new 'aeroSlinger' or for persons upgrading themselves from other suspension systems or sling trainers to the aeroSling®. The handles used for the aeroSling® XPE are made of a texturized, glass-fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) in order to save on weight, yet putting a long-lasting, easy to clean handle 'at your hands'. The handles' height can be changed in a matter of seconds by the easily adjustable and patented grip knot. The aeroSling® XPE comes with integrated foot slings ' you just need to push the handles aside freeing the grip sling to accommodate your feet.

Carry out your training anywhere you like ' indoors or outdoors

With the removable, integrated door anchor (not shown in the figure) you are able to carry out your training almost everywhere. Of course, we recommend that you use the anchor sling tied around a solid object or that you use the anchor carabiner. However, sometimes a door will be the only option.
