Q: Can the neck wrap be heated in the microwave and used as a heat pad? Dolly says the head pc can be. How about the neck wrap?

Due to its unique material, if it is overheated, it may cause the neck wrap to swell and shorten its service life. Therefore, we recommend that you control the heating time and frequency strictly. 2. Remove the neck wrap from plastic protective bag and microwave it for 30 seconds. Then turn over the neck wrap and heat it for another 30 seconds. 3. Check whether the neck wrap is sufficiently warm. If needed, heat the neck wrap in increments of 10 seconds until the desired temperature is reached. 4. Do not overheat. Always check the temperature before sliding it over the affected area. 5. Once the neck wrap is sufficiently warm, slide it over the affected area for relief. 6. If the neck wrap is too hot to be comfortable, please allow the neck wrap to cool down until it reaches a comfortable temperature. If you have any further question, please feel free to contact us. Awesome!

Very cold and fits well. I have terrible migraines and have had for years and I always use ice packs but this polar cap and the neck wrap is the absolute bomb!!

Exactly as pictured

Super fast shipping! I LOVE the neck one, hence 4 stars, The head one is good too, but personally, with it being frozen, I cannot put it ON my head! It gets WAY too cold, talk about brain freeze! Im sure if I could tolerate it long enough it WOULD do the trick though! I just have super sensitivity, especially when I have a migraine. I would have given it 5 stars except for this - I think it is too tight, which honestly could be a good thing for some people, It is just my personal opinion! I do use the head wrap by laying it flat on the back of my head / neck, or draping it over my eyes. It works great like this. It is worth the hype all in all! I think if I left it out for a few mins, it may work well for me too, if I let it warm up a bit. They don't stay super cold for long, but long enough to take the edge off. You aren't supposed to have these (or heat) on for more than 30 mins anyway, so it does last about 20/30 mins.

The , ice pack for the head is great. It is very cold. The ice pack for the shoulder/neck also, it’s very cold, but it doesn’t keep the cold too long. The other thing I didn’t like about it is it doesn’t fully wrap around my neck and I have a thin neck. The idea is very good just needs to be made longer for somebody’s neck.
