Great value - pre and probiotics!
The media could not be loaded.
This are great for keeping your stomach in tip-top shape!!! Contians both pre- and pro-biotics unlike some which you have to buy seperately.I recommend these to anyone - even if you do not have any issues with you stomach they will ensure your stomach runs smoothly....if you do have problems like bloating or gas or worse they really help. They are also brilliant if you have had an upset stomach or food poisoning as they will quickly restore you stomach bacteria to normal - getting rid of the bad and returning the good bacteria you need.Easy to take capsules - odourless and tasteless.highly recommended!!

Really well dosed, a little pricey for 1 month supply
Firstly I do think this is a great probiotic with a good effective dosage at 15 billion cfu.. I do think the company could include some more info on the sales page to educate and justify the price point for these as I find them on the pricey side for 1 month supply and I feel a may fall outside a lot of peoples budgets. If you visit the website however more information is provided and this company does seem to know what they're talking about and they're clearly a more premium brand who invests in research and quality ingredients. I'm yet to notice much of a difference but it is early days just over a week into taking... If I do notice anything different positive or negative I'll report back. Packaging wise these come in a premium and tinted glass jar which is known to preserve the nutrients in supplements. It seems this probiotic is also different to others as they use spore based Bacillus Coagulans that can withstand an acidic environment meaning they make it through the intestinal tract. I'm optimistic about these and will be keeping my eye on their other supplements moving forward.

This has slight improved my problem with bloating. This is expensive to continue long term.

No difference at all
These sounded great for helping digestion and overall gut health and for the premium price of them £45 at time i got them i was looking forward to all the benefits...unfortunately they just did not work for me, i noticed no difference at all, plus taking 2 tablets every morning which are quite large and not the easiest to swallow will only last a month which works out at £1.50 per day for nothing, won't be getting again.

This is bit pricey but combines 2 main ingredients to help improve gut health which is inulin and bacillus coagulans. It is easy to take - two capsules in the morning and you ready to go. It definatelly improved my bowel movement and bloating.

Easy probiotics and prebiotics
I was aware of the potential benefits of probiotics for digestive health and have been trying to eat more foods containing probiotics, but wanted to see if a supplement was a good option. These capsules arrive in a smart glass jar (seems more likely to be recycled than a plastic one) with a seal over the top under the screw top lid. They are described as vegan, sugar free and non-GMO which all sounds good. Looking at the company’s website I like the fact that the company seems to have some consideration for environment and climate issues. I did notice however that the bottle has a ‘1% for the planet’ logo but this does not seem to be mentioned on the website and I could not see them listed in the 1% for the planet directory. The capsules are a standard size – for me that means that I need to take them with water to swallow them easily. They did not have a taste that I could notice. The recommendation is that you take two a day (in the morning) which means that this jar of 60 is a month’s supply. I have been taking them a few days now, and although it is difficult to judge with all the other factors on diet etc, I do think that my digestion has been generally good, but it will take a lot longer to really tell. Based on the current price these do not seem a particularly cheap option.
