I wake up when I see any bit of light. These have really changed the game for me. I went from sleeping 5.5 hours a night to nearly 9 hours now. Cooling pads actually work. Feels heavy on your face but the pads are pretty dense. I sit it higher on my head I find it my comfortable on my ears like that.

I struggle a little with the fit around my eyes. They were also a bit TOO cold in the beginning, had to move them away from the eyes for a period. Works perfectly on the forehead, though!😅

Great idea but the cold only lasts for about five minutes which is kind of a bummer. Takes a long time in the freezer to get to temperature. Wish the cold lasted longer
