It was a "like new" product and it did arrive like new.
The kit was clean, factory packed, with manuals etc., but one could tell that it was either used or standing as a showroom piece because of ever so small, tiny, bits of patina or a tiny stain here or there. If one didn't know it was "like" new and not "brand" new, one wouldn't be able to tell the difference.Works perfect. Very satisfied.
