Requires a Power Cycle to work correctly
I've found the only way for the hub to detect peripherals upon boot/reboot is power cycle the hub.

Plug and play - Not
The device required a full change to my laptop's BIOS. I have tried, but even with tech support, could not get it to work. This after a terrible delivery!
