Why doesn't it have a wrist rest like other Logi keyboards? Doesn't it get uncomfortable?

The keyboard is low profile so doesn't get much uncomfortable over prolonged usage. I have been using it for a while for about 10 hrs a day without any issues. As far as wrist rest is concerned, there's a combo with a separate wrist rest (not yet available in India) sold by Logitech but that costs $20 more (yes, just for the extra wrist rest). So I'd suggest you rather buy a wrist rest separately as it would be more cost effective.

can it be used as a wired keyboard?

No, the MX Keys is a wireless device and can be connected only via Bluetooth or receiver. The cable provided is only for charging the device.

Why is it listed as tactile quite (brown) switches while i received one with linear (red) switches?

Hi Krishh, Please be informed that in most regions, the keyboard come in three different types of switches, so you can select your preferred level of tactile feedback. However, please contact Logitech support for further assistance.
