Works perfectly

Good price and I am sure will work well

Having sold off my three Leicaflex SL cameras with non-working meters and embraced the sheer luxury of a pair of Leica R8 bodies with automatic exposure, I needed batteries. The R8 takes a pair of CR2 3v batteries to operate the shutter and exposure metering system. Wind on and rewind are manual but everything else is battery dependent. I found these batteries to be very good value for money and long lasting. If you wind on, then press the shutter button slightly, that turns on the electronic meter and the display remains on. Turning the camera off cancels this. Although I’ve accumulated eight sets of batteries for my two bodies, I still like to economise on power. After all, unlike AA or D size, you won’t find CR2 in a rural village Post Office (not in mine anyway).

I’ve decided to delay my reviews simply because a quick review may not reflect the operation of the device so in short very happy with purchase, delivery and the product itself. Thank you.
