Flimsy but OK for home use. Not office quality.
These are useful for my purpose in a low use residential setting. I just use the to organize sheet music. They are flimsy and wouldn't hold up long in an office environment. Inexpensive but you do get what you pay for.

Too Thin
Thin dividers and letters were very faint. Kept them, as I needed them and used a bold black marker to make the letters easier to see.
