Smells amazing, definitely helps me relax at night when my mind is racing and i take a deep breath through my nose. Works very well. I wish it was not so expensive for how small the bottle is but for the quality of product and how well it helps me to calm my mind i would definitely buy again. My wife had me buy this for travel. She sprays it on the hotel pillows at night. I thought the smell would be too much at first, but it's actually quite pleasant. Sets the mood for a restful sleep.

The "Pillow Spray" one stinks REALLY bad. It was gross... But the roll-on "Stress Check" oil one smells heavenly... Both are very VERY small, but I'd definitely recommend the "Stress Check" roll on - just not worth getting this set because the Pillow Spray is yucky and I had to throw it away. Better to get the Stress-Check product on its own/separately.

The fragrance isn’t overpowering at all. Just one spray and you will be asleep for the night! I highly recommend this for anyone who has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep until your alarm goes off.

Remember these are non refundable. If you can purchase essential oils, or already have them, save your money! This is a tiny roller bottle with Eucalyptus oil and a very small spray bottle of lavender essential oil. These pictures are meant to show you just how small this is.

I have the larger bottle and spray it before going to bed. The scent it so relaxing. I feel like having little travel things that help you keep your bedtime rituals are key to good sleep so I love these minis. I’m sure there are other cheaper similar options but this is now my go to.
