With this headset I can now hear speech, sounds and music that I have not heard so clearly in years, it brought tears to my eyes. However while it worked great with my cellphone I could not get it to connect with my computer which does not have Bluetooth. So, I bought a Bluetooth dongle which did not work then I had to buy another one, the Syntech brand which allowed me to connect the device to my computer audio headphone and microphone jacks using a split connector plug. I can now use my phone and look at Youtube videos without having to use different headsets.

Super nice to other have to be tethered to my PC. It works great while sitting at my desk or within 5 feet of it. It may be MS Teams, but if I walk out of my (home) office to another room I can hear perfectly, but the microphone does not transmit very well.Definitely worth it if it is on sale, and you need to be unhindered in moving while working.

After going through 3 or 4 sets of ear pods that would fall out of my ears, were way *too* noise-canceling, and/or with such atrocious mics my friends could not stand for me to use them on a call, I purchased this headset hoping for a better outcome - and thank goodness I did! This headset stays on during a variety of activities, from gardening to workouts and desk work, and callers say the sound is "totally clear" and "perfect" from their end. Such a relief after spending so much money and time unsuccessfully on other sets. Sound is great with a wide volume range, which is great when in noisy settings. I like this over-the-ear style as it does not cut off awareness of my surroundings. Since I am often working at my desk and receiving calls throughout the day, the ability to connect to both computer and phone at once is important and switches easily from one audio to the other when one audio feed is turned off, and the other turned on. I selected the G9 model because the mic piece is removable, as I do not always want the mic on the headset or flipped up when not in use (careful not to lose it though...). The magnet is strong and stays in place when in use. The wire connecting the ear pieces is a bit on the large side for my head and is not adjustable, though this should reassure those with larger heads and/or male frames of some room for a good fit. One charge lasts about a week for me with regular daily use, on and off throughout the day. I independently chose and purchased this headset and have been very satisfied with it for a few weeks, in my honest assessment. The seller kindly offered some other products to test, which I am looking forward to based on this experience and my consistent need for a reliable headset. Would definitely buy again. Love that it now comes in white (listed as beige)!

I originally bought this for myself to use for work. And they were great! They actually worked, sound quality of both audio and vocal sounds seemed to be on par with the wired USB sets I had used previously. It's incredibly light weight, the boom mic snapped on without a fuss and it charged quickly and even exceeded espectations where battery life was concernesd. Fast forward a few months into daily 12-18 hr intervals of use 4-7 days a week, it seemed like people stopped being able to hear me clearly with the boom attached. I did my due diligence and cleaned the connections, made sure all the firmware was up to date etc. Didn't solve the issue, so I just used it without the boom (which isn't my preference, I just like to have the mic closer to my mouth or else I feel like I have to speak a bit louder to deliver a clear, simple high sound quality conversation with my patients/clients etc.). Now the left ear side sound has gone out. There is no warranty from the seller, the manufacturer doesn't allow replacements or repairs if you didn't purchase it directly from them, and I didn't purchase the added warranty because, in my previous experiences standard practice has been that either the seller, Amazon, or the manufacturer offers a 1yr warranty for defects or diminished performance as long as it's not something that I did to cause the situation-which fits this situation. Maybe it's just a faulty pair. Although in the troubleshooting of the product issue tab it does state 'one side not workong' so it is obviously a known issue - at least with this manufacturer. So it's a bit of a bummer but I'd say of you need these more for just a pair of headphones and not so much in a headSET capacity. Try 'em out.

Excellent product. I connect it to my computer and use it for my Zoom conferences. It also connects perfectly to my iPhone. The battery lasts a long time... excellent sound quality. I love them.

EDIT: The issue with the disconnect was due to a bad update from Microsoft. Reran the update and appears to be working.This headset was great. Worked well for Teams on my work laptop. Was able to get Spotify and Teams to work great.About a week after the return period expired, it started dropping Bluetooth connections. At first i thought it was that it was paired to multiple devices, so I did a reset and only connected it to a single device. This worked for about another 2 weeks. Now it drops connections every 5-10 minutes of use. Just the sound drops, then the headphones state "Ready to connect" after about 30 seconds the connection comes back. While this is annoying while listening to podcast/music. This 30 seconds is not acceptable when it happens in the middle of a call

Item is interchangeable between similar brands and styles of headsets. I have a different headset, but those works with mine. Great sound and easy use.

Sound quality is great and so is the charge time. My only complaint so far is it is not adjustable for your ear lobe comfort. It hurts my ears after wearing it for 4 hours of class time.I will update the review when I start using the headset with work calls.
