I loved this. It was strange at first until I got used to it. Strange but I got images of my early childhood and teenage years showing events I had forgotten about. Fascinating.

I use this for meditation all the time and really like it. It's not quite as good as a live gong bath, but not far off, and it takes me into a deep trance. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who likes sound healing and meditation.

I am attending Gong Bath classes.This disc is as good as the session in the class.Even better if you play it through headphones.

took me a while to get used to this cd but it is relaxing and after playing it a few times i am enjoying it
