What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?

Our 100% Pure Maple Syrup is one simple ingredient - the sap of the North American Sugar Maple Tree. Nutrients naturally found in pure maple syrup, include zinc, potassium, manganese, thiamine, calcium, iron, magnesium, and riboflavin. Pure Maple Syrup is a pure natural sweetener, nothing is added. No preservatives. No flavorings. No artificial colors. The caloric value of maple syrup is 52 per tablespoon, compared to 60 in sugar and 64 in honey. Enjoy!

Pure maple syrup is not raw. It comes from the sap of Sugar Maple trees, which is unique to North America. Each spring “maple sugar makers” head out to the native woods of eastern North America to collect the maple tree’s sap. Through a careful process of collection and boiling, the sap is transformed into richly flavored pure maple syrup. Shipping weight is listed as 3# so you can safely assume that it is about 1.25kg (1250g) or slightly more or just under 2.9# dry weight. That includes the container, of course. Mine just came yesterday and we are getting ready to pour out some buckwheat pancakes: can't wait! This is by far the best I have found on Amazon and I have tried several. Just a biscuit corner dipped in it told me it was a step up above previous brands.
