This is an all purpose cleaning and soaking solution only for gas permeable (hard) lenses. Not a saline solution which are only geared for soft lenses- It is not to be used for soft lenses...

Some say that the boston simplus solution made their rgp lenses "foggy" and that they felt the need for a separate saline solution for rinsing. true?

I use Boston Simplus to condition my lenses to help minimize/prevent my lenses from becoming cloudy, as recommended by my OD.1. Rinse with cold tap water2. Liberally rub (condition) lens with Simplus3. Fill up lens with sterile saline and put in contact.

Can i use this as a insertion liquid for scleral lenses?

what is scleral? You can use as insertion liquid for gas permeable lenses.

Is this gentle? I have been using a gentle cleaner and now it is unavailable.
