-Barely and taste compare to the original
I have been taking a teaspoon each day. I only with the bottle was bigger. However, it does the job. I use this in my shampoo and conditioner as well. Decent product if you like the mild taste.

I feel the difference, ordering my 2nd bottle. The taste is not the best, make sure you have something to chase it with. I use slice lemon.
