ISE Adjustable, Foldable Weight Bench for Full Fitness Training, 24 kg

Bought this bench relatively new to weight lifting, adding to dumb bell set and easy curve barbell, It was quiet easy to set up, although a few washers where missing this could have been because the courier had beat up the delivery box somewhat. For an entry level bench for a person like me vertically challenged its perfect. The arm extensions can get in the way slightly when doing dumbbell exorcises on the bench but not a problem that can’t be overcome. Adjusting the back rest is very easy. For a larger person the rest for barbell for bench presses might be a problem as quiet close together. Attaching the preacher pad is also very easy. Have been using this bench for three months and it has proven to work well and is quiet robust. Pleased with bench and results in this time.

The bench itself it very well made and of great quality. However I bought it as a gift for my husband to use with a set of weights he got for Christmas and the bars on the weights are not compatible with the bench and as a result the bars are not long enough to put onto the rest. This is something which didn't occur to me when I was choosing my purchase . Obviously it is not a problem with this bench as such but something to consider when buying.

I must say that the bench is What it says but the main component, ie the nuts and bolts were omited from the the package. Saying that everything was sorted out and the Amazon rep was excellent in sorting it all out. So thankyou very much.

I thought it was abit wider before purchasing but it is pretty compact.I’m 6ft and doing pectoral flys is useless on equipment as they are too close to your body. It would suit someone with no forearms.Which was the main selling point as I had bought a similar product approx 10 years ago.If I were to chose again I would get something with a wider base.

Just what I needed, fits well in the greenhouse, didn’t want to add the side exercise and foot bars.

Works fine for my daily exercise although I do not think it would be suitable for a tall person.

Awsome brilliant for in the home as long as uve got lots of free space and easy to fold away
