Gets the job done if you are careful enough to do it right.
Bought this for taking lunch to office. Looks good and has enough space to pack a good size lunch. Everything is fine until you keep it upright. If by any chance you plan to carry it in a bag and don't keep it the way it lays down on a table things can go messy. Food in different compartments can mix up and anything having the slightest amount of moisture/liquid can come out of the food warmer lining. It has a base plate that gets warm when connected to power supply and upon that the steel food tray lays. So the warming starts from below and once the warming starts be careful to open the box from time to time to stir or mix the food so that you get even warming and avoid burning/charring of the food from below. It gets the job done if used carefully and may take some time to warm the food. Cleaning is easy. There is a separate space on the top where you can keep your silver. There was already a good quality spoon and a fork that came with my food warmer. Overall it is an ok product for the price. As we don't have many food warmers available I will keep this for the time being and keep on looking for a better option.

The only thing that I don’t like about the lid gasket wire
It does warm the food after plug in for about an hour. The only thing that I don’t like about the lid gasket wire. It is loose so that’s made harder to close the top

Not worth buying
This one not worth having. Only used twice and on second use the gasket came off and won't go back on. Would like refund and address of where to mail product back to you.

Me encanto, es muy fácil de lavar, la comida se calienta perfectamente tiene una luz indicador y solo que tiene un detalle, el empaque de la tapa está muy grande así que hay que ingeniársela para que se quede en su lugar. Pero no le resta utilidad en lo absoluto!

Es bueno, pero tiene sus detalles y uno es que la temperatura no calienta tan rapudo quiza valdria la pena hacer akgo para q sea mas rapudo el tiempo q uno tiene para la comida es muy poco y con esto no permite q sea mas rapudo.
