exactly what I was looking for in a safe. It is very user friendly once you get the hang of it, and surprisingly spacious for all the documents and other things you may need. Not too heavy either but still sturdy!

I had a smaller safe and wanted a larger one. This is the perfect size for documents, jewelry, money, etc. It also comes with the mounting screws that are very secure. I also like the fact that the money bag is water and fire proof not just the safe. The light in it helps see in it if you have it somewhere dark. Another plus is you can set 2 passwords and make the key board silent. I would definitely recommend this safe to anyone wanting a smaller safe with big potential.

I'm not convinced that it is actually fireproof.

It's a very portable and light but at the same time, very sturdy safe box. Came in with extra fireproof folder for documents. Bolting screws and nice size making it a very secure box that easily fits in the corner of the closet or on the shelf. Having a 2-way opening method is super thoughtful. Great product!

I got this to keep at the top of my closet, primarily for a fireproof/waterproof place to keep documents, but I also wanted something hefty enough to deter thieves in case of a break-in. This so far meets my expectations very well, it's heavy enough that it would deter thieves enough, even if it's not bolted down. I thankfully haven't tested the waterproof/fireproofness, but given the build quality and thickness I'm fairly confident it would hold up. If somehow it were submerged in water I'm certain water would get in (there are no rubber seals or anything) but I would likely only need it to survive a sprinkler system at most, so it works for me. They also include an additional fireproof bag for storing cash or other valuables in, making it even more fireproof.The only thing I don't love about this safe is that the keypad/locking mechanism feel a bit cheap. If a thief was trying to break into this I don't think it would take much, as the bolts feel a little flimsy and the front is all plastic. It's not the end of the world since ideally the safe never even leaves the house, but that is something to keep in mind.Overall I'm very happy with it and it serves my purposes. It's also big enough to fit an unfolded sheet of paper in which I didn't expect; something I really appreciate for storing some specific documents.

Luckily it has a key. I tried to set a code and it would not take it. 2 others tried too, to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. So I called for customer support. They won't talk by phone They will only email you once / 24 hours, in the middle of the night. As requested I sent pics of the Amz order and the safe itself to fully ID the unit. They would not answer the basic question of the 'what's the diff between the user code and the master code?'. The customer service is totally useless! I do not recommend this unit or the company.

Very nice compact safe that fits during screaming a shelf or under furniture. Quality interior and a light to help seeing in the dark. Easy setup too!
