DIGOIN CERAMIQUES Cork and Tap for Vinegar Pot

Fits my old vinegar pot perfectly, my Digoin also uses the same size. To ensure a watertight fit: separate tap from cork, weight both parts down to immerse fully and soak overnight in cold water. The next day insert the cork, narrow end first, into the pot leaving some of the cork sticking out, then insert the tap gently but firmly into the cork making sure you don't push the cork in too far. Fill your pot with cold water then leave to soak in a bowl filled with water to cover the tap on the outside for another 8 hours before using it. The tap will become very stiff as the wood/cork shrink back around it and might even get stuck, turn it very carefully and gently every so often to keep it from sticking. Happy vinegar making!

A very nice tap and cork to replace my existing leaky one that was wasting my precious vinegar. Easy to fit after soaking for 24 hours and no more leaks!
