Great pins for sewing projects
These pins are the perfect size to use in machine quilting or hand quilting projects. They are sturdy and hold your fabric in place. They are a great size too. Love them. Will buy again.

Increased productivity makes these pins invaluable.
I purchased these pins based on recommendation by quilter Harriet Hargrave who claimed these are the only pins fine enough to sew over. I've never been one to sew right over my pins...I always slow down and carefully " walk" over them. Now I sew the whole seam without slowing for pins; I haven't broken a needle yet, and this makes my sewing probably 5 times faster (or more). No-brainer here; I'm sticking with these even if I have to purchase more now and then, or even, heaven forbid, I break an occasional needle. The increased speed and productivity is worth it. The little pin case is sturdy and latches well, but transferring them to a magnetic pin holder makes using these so much easier. They can be ironed over. They bend easily, but if you're gentle, they last a long time, and only make tiny holes in the fabric. I will only buy these from now on.My only complaint is that these pretty, pale blue & yellow clear glass-head pins are hard to find on the floor if you drop one. I wish they had brighter heads...or that I had better eyesight! (My magnetic pin holder does make finding them much easier!)Update: I purchased a pkg of Clover flowerhead pins for shear/lightweight fabrics (0.45mm). I was really surprised that the flowerhead pins were thicker than these. I tried 1 flowerhead for piecing and immediately went back to these. I'm buying more. I like to replace every year or so just so I have super sharp pins, although it's probably not necessary to do that as frequently as I do. I love these pins.

Hands down, the best pins ever.
Look no further. These are the pins you want for quilting. I am a long-time quilter and won't use any other pin. They slide into the fabric like butter. Don't even buy the Clover red & green heads. They are 6 mm wide and are just not as good, even though the length is excellent. The 4mm pins , 36mm long are the ones you want; yellow and blue heads. I sew right over them and iron over them too. I drop them on my hardwood floor all the time and they blend in with the floor or get vacuumed up. Thats ok, I'll buy more as needed. Sometimes they get bent, but all pins do. They are superb pins.

Highly recommended for quilters
A YouTuber from the quilting world recommended these and I agree they are great for pinning fabric pieces. Sharp and fine, leaving very tiny holes in the fabric. They are my new favorite pins.

My favorite
These are really nice pins! They are thin enough to hold the fabric without making puckers. These are my good to ones!

Ease of use - super smooth to pin.
Nice and sharp, easy to pin me pieces when piecing. Wish the color of the pin heads was a little darker - easier to find if they fall on the floor as occasionally they will. :)
