Great item
Does what it's designed to do. The only issue that I have (not with product) is that my vehicle is a 2024 and requires micro 2 fuse. I had to purchase micro 2 fuse taps.

Trouble free kit.
Quality packaging and good wire with a nice thick jacket but still very flexible.

No 3 lines, this comes with 2 lines (not for parking mode)
This doesn’t come with 3 tips for “parking mode”. Means that it only has ground, and power. If you want to install your dash cam for parking mode, then you need to buy a hard wire kit that has 3 lines on one end: ground, power AND accessory. But if you are to install your dash cam without parking mode, then this wiring kit is perfect!

Total crap! Sometimes the camera turns on, sometimes it does not.
Total crap! Sometimes the camera turns on, sometimes it does not. This was installed correctly, according to the instructions. I used to work for a car stereo installation company, and I know what I'm doing. This is a faulty product. I would appreciate it if the company would replace it. I can't send it back to Amazon because it's past the 30 days.

Video recorded you would have missed.
The media could not be loaded. I would like to give a personal experience review of the ST-CH410 Dash Cam Hardware kit. The kit came quickly in 2 days, and it was simply boxed including a fuse puller, adapting power connectors to fit multiple fuse box configurations. There was also included a battery protection power supply adapter that uses 3 wires. One black wire attaches to a screw to metal nearby the fuse block for battery – Neg. and the other 2 wires of which the Red one connect to an accessory terminal in the fuse block terminal that is Battery + Pos. while the vehicle is on ACC or Running mode. The other Yellow one connects to a Battery + fuse block terminal. A Double fuse holder is used to adapt to the fuse block, removing the existing fuse and plugging it into the Dash Cam hardware wire. See picture. A 5 amp Fuse from the kit plugs into outer socket, while original vehicle fuse plugs into the inner socket closest to the 2 pins that plug back into the fuse block. Wiring up the cam with the new micro-USB cord works just like the power supply that would normally come with the Cam, though it will now power the cam after ignition is off with lower power consumption, with a blank screen during any triggered recording function.Once connected the Cam settings turned on to allow recording for Motion Detection, or Parking mode. I will use the Motion Detection as my Cam records quickly when motion or activity occurs nearby the vehicle. I noticed immediate recording operation when moving near my car as shown in the video. The second half of the video shows that the rear camera records at the same time, though I edited out the overlapping portion. I will feel much more at ease knowing I have recorded video of activities in the area I park.

Had potential to be good
I can say the customer service response time and level of engagement for this company is great. I'd give them 5 stars for trying to help out. I bought this as a gift to hardwire a dashcam for my daughter's boyfriend. Because of his work schedule we didn't get a chance to put it in until after a month or so. Upon installing this (I've installed these 4 different times into cars of my own) there was no output (tried it on several devices, to see if it was just an issue with connecting to the dashcam). I double checked the car output and fuses and there was power going to the hardwire kit. I checked the camera with another car I have installed and the camera works great, no issues. I have a MicroUSB dashcam (they say to make sure you have it before ordering it), and the previous hardwire kits I bought are no longer available. So I got excited that someone still made these. But once it was plugged into the camera, there were no lights, no power. I reached out to the company and they were quick to help out and figure out if I had done something wrong. Once they verified it was all a good setup. Their response was, well you're passed the 30 day time frame to return it. Even though it shows online that they have a 2 year warranty. I believe the kit has potential and I just might have gotten a bad unit. My advice to all is check it as soon a you can, if it's bad you can get it returned. I guess I need to find another product to replace this one.
