It broke as I was putting it together, I've not even had the chance to use it.

I am so happy with this Hula Hoop and speed rope Combo Set. The Hula hoop comes in 7 pieces which are quite easily fitted together, it is weighted and slightly padded for comfort. Many years ago I had a hula hoop and loved it, to my delight I found I still have the knack of Hula Hooping and it really is fun especially if you put some music on. It slims your waist and hips and seems to give a good all over work out. I am going to build up to 15 minutes a day, I can actually feel myself getting fitter already, although I must say that I did ache the first couple of times as I have not exercised for a long time but nothing too bad. The speed rope is exactly what it says, it is designed to be thin to go fast and the handles are comfy. A very good buy.

Weight too heavy for inexperienced user and diameter of hoop too small 7 sections should be increased to 8 making it nearer to 40 inches diameter so that it measures from the floor to waist. Quality good and packaging good.

This hula hoop is excellent - perfect for working out on the go. It collapses into 6 sections so you can take it anywhere and it's very straightforward to assemble. I've done hulahooping in the past for exercise, but with an unweighted hoop. The weight takes a bit of getting used to but I now love it and can really feel the additional benefit. Having the speedrope thrown in was an added bonus! Would recommend

These are nice hula hoop and rope I like the color combination and the style it's lovely to look at ... just easy to connect and set up plus the material used is soft very comfortable to used .this is perfect to have at home for exercise ...good quality and I highly recommend this to anyone it's really worth your money

Hula Hooping a fantastic child hood memory has now been upgraded for adults with this fabulous weighted hula hoop, the weights are protected within the hula hoop so you can't physically hurt yourself using the hula hoop.You do notice a difference in weight using the hula hoop but the usual hoops are cheap plastic, it's not massively heavy but you do notice a difference when you are trying to use it and after a good session your waist and hips do hurt a little from the exercise but this is good because you know your body has had a good work out after you finish using the hula hoop.I asked my daughter to try out the skipping rope and she loved it (she is 14) I didn't tell her it was a weighted skipping rope until she mentioned it felt different as she was having to work harder with swinging the rope to jump over.Having both items packaged together is great as it allows you to work out with a friend, it also encourages you to work harder because you have a variety so 10 mins hula hooping followed by 10 mins skipping.
