Missing Screw to Attach
Good item, however I cannot use it as the screw that attaches to two parts together is missing. Extremely disappointing.

Wont keep still
Holds the soldering iron OK but the base is very light can get annoying trying to put the iron in and I keeps moving

OK, but I would not buy for 100w or above as you may find the holder too small for your iron to fit.
