Won best dressed at the Halloween costume party

Very pleased. Looks good, made well.

My husband looked so regal in this. The packaging was incorrect (there were three arm gauntlets and only one shoulder guard) but it didn't affect our use for the costume. I especially liked the long cape that "flowed" when my husband walked. :) Besides the incorrect piecing, the other complaint I have is that the crown was HUGE and non adjustable. I bought a "queen" costume by the same company and it's crown was single sided (front piece only) with an elastic band that stretched to fit. This crown was two pieces of plastic/rubber - front and back - that locked together. I had to hand sew a piece of elastic to a single piece of it so that it was flexible

Lost the first after wearing it a bunch! Found this in on here just wore it for Halloween, got a lot of compliments!

Bought this product for a Halloween costume, and had an overall good experience.It's quite large for me, a 5'1 guy, but I already expected that going in.The material that makes up the 'armor' came a bit wrinkled but I steamed it and it looked just fine after.The 'chainmail' part is not comfortable, I recommend wearing some arm sleeves or something if you get bothered by materials like that.All in all, pretty comfy, will be wearing it again for ren faire.

I purchased King Author's Costume for our VBS. It went well the first night; after that, it began to fail. The biggest issue is the small elastic bands, which tend to pop easily. There weren't many of them, so they started making my shin guards look funny and my wrist protection. The belt was impossible to stay on, so I ended up pinning it to my costume so that it would stay. Other than the issues, I liked how it looked, and it enabled me to get into character and be part of the adventure. After this event, the crown and garment were the only things still in good shape.

Was as I expected. I can save it and wear again next year. Happy customer
