I have been using basic creatine for a while now, and it has been one of the easiest and most effective supplements to add to my routine. Sometimes I just mix it with water or a protein shake, but I also like adding it to juice if I want something sweeter. I have even stirred it into my morning coffee a few times, and it dissolves pretty well in warm liquids. On days when I am in a rush, I just toss a scoop into my oatmeal or yogurt, and I barely notice it is there. I have been using this for years now on and off and it never really does me wrong . It takes 1 weeks to click into your system . Muscles don’t get sore really anymore. Increases my stamina . Taste is not to good but I dry scoop so lol. But it don’t work and is effective and I gained the weight and muscular I want. Just make sure you drink ALOT of water atleast 78 ounces a day

Great as all GAT products are. I’ve been using GAT Jetfuel since 2012 and can’t stop. I mix some of this and BCAA’s in the morning with jetfuel and my workouts are unstoppable

It seems like it's working fine, as Creatine Monohydrates are meant to work. My only issue, or really comment, is the amount of water you take with the product. Just 4 ounces of water to mix with seems ridiculously small, but maybe it's just my inexperience with supplements. Otherwise, it's a good product.
