Not All Cheap DVD Players Are Alike
DVDs still get a lot of use in my house, and this player is the best under $40. I'm on my third Sindave (each lasts about a year or two)--multiregion and homemade DVDs and USB. I've tried a few cheaper players, but they start out with problems and just get worse: stuck drawers, blurry images, skips, etc. Remote on 2022 version of the Sindave is an improvement (sensible layout and not too tiny). Nobody paid me to pimp this product. It's just a good player for the price. It won't last forever, but neither will we.

No longer works
After about 20 hours of use (5 movies) it started to turn itself on without input from the remote control. Now it does not read the videos no matter what I do. Overall poor quality. A total waste of time and money.

This is a very nice little DVD player I enjoy it.

Great Value at a Great Price
I use this unit to watch various movies, TV presentations, etc. that I bought on DVD. I am just glad I had to replace my TV lately as my other DVD player won't connect to my new SMART TV!
