I have been in active recovery for almost 3 yrs. This is a great workbook for anyone to pair a long with the right treatment and therapy. Great insight and helpful to reassure the individual it's ok to be a recovering addict.

Absolutely recommendable:- easy to read and understand- the 7 steps offer a complete scheme for recovery- helpful examples- positive/hopeful- construction of a personal recovery planAddicts can use the book on their own, but I prefer to supervise them in their recovery process.

The media could not be loaded.  I haven’t dived into this book (yet) I working in another workbook at the moment however looking through it really seems promising that it will help me to overcome my addiction and help me with recovery. It’s a therapist recommended book and I myself highly recommend. It’s an easy workbook that helps you learn the basics of addiction and gives you exercises to do that help you gain a better outlook on addiction whether be your own or that of a loved one. Definitely worth the buy…
