Our PART #33036 is recommended. They aren't required but they do make a difference in the ride quality. The shock extenders relocate the shock angle to put it back to its original angle. The coil springs were engineered for a truck with a V-8 Engine. If coils are installed on a 6-CYL. Truck then the full drop will not be achieved and the rear will sit lower than the front. If your truck has a two piece drive-line, you may need a carrier bearing relocator. Kit includes ball joint spacers without any flipping so that 16" or larger rims can be used. You can only use these spindles on coil spring front-end, 2WD, 1/2 Ton Chevy or GMC Trucks.
