Took about 6 weeks to kick in
It took about six weeks for these pills to kick in for me. I do notice a decrease in wanting carbs. I love bread, cheese, and sweets. So I'm surprised this was able to work on me. Eating cleaner and drinking more water I feel also contributed to the success of this product.
