Make sure your stuff will fit.
It's a nice belt, but be warned that smaller items (like my Leatherman pouch) won't fit. The padding and the grey strap are fixed together, no way to unthread it to feed small pouches on. Not even at the front, thanks to the buckles.

Well made, helps to support my lower back, even with various pouches attached. Quick release buckle is strong and webbing doesn't slip.
