Arrived broken!
The product came with pieces of plastic broken off of it. And the light mechanism doesn't work at all. We tried several sets of brand new batteries and nothing. We attempted to get a refund for this broken product, and the manufacturer wants us to go through the inconvenient process of returning it to them.
