I love this box. It is perfect for my needs. Sometimes i need a higher box for exercises and sometimes lower. This gives me the ability to progress my exercise by lowering the box height as needed to make the exercise harder as I get stronger. It is well made, and is sturdy enough to support my weight as well as my 6'3" partner. We aren't using it as a jump box so can't comment on that.

Love this. So far it's been great for at home conditioning. However, it is big, and may take up room if you don't have anywhere to store it.

Love this box for our karate program. The flexibility of using different heights has helped our little kids with various activities. Does tip over if you don't land on it just right.
