Upon arrival I was somewhat disappointed with them because they had something heavy rattling around inside the right ear piece.I was delighted to find you can dismantle them quite easily and found the battery was not fixed in place.So ,just by pressing it, I fixed into place and have been more than satisfied since. No more problems and works fine.Overall a sound construction and easy to use. Easy connectivity and my phone has never sounded so good.

I purhased two pairs for the full price in March and after just six months neither pair work, I can now understand why they have been reduced so much! First unable to switch off and connect to bluetooth then unable to recharge. I have written several emails to complain and not received any response I will never ever buy a produce from this manufacturer again and advise everyone to be aware of their complete lack of customer service.

Still trying to get these working. Order a magnifying glass to read instructions!

Thr product did not work properly, the battery appeared to be dead. Found bare wires on battery terminals. probably shorted out out. Poor construction. Would not buy again
