On the basis of routine blood work, my PA recommended Homocysteine. I assume it works fine though I truly can't remember what it's for or why my PA ordered it. I'm 85 and feel fine- so, perhaps, it's doing wonders for me. I don't know-- I can't be my own control and experimental group. I can say that my urine is very yellow- enough, perhaps, to highlight text with, but I'm just being silly.

My husband saw a 50% reduction in Homocysteine after only 6/7 weeks!!! He took 1 capsule 3x a day for 6 or 7 weeks. We were elated to see his homocysteine come down that fast. Now he is only a few points away from the normal range!!! He made some significant diet changes as well. 100% gluten free. Reduced dairy significantly as well as beef and pork products.
