I love this thing. I use it mostly for arms and back workouts. Very handy, and can be used for so many other workouts. If you only have 15-20 minutes of times, this really comes into play.

If like me you’ve seen a lot of ads online promoting this, then I’d understand why you’re sceptical. I definitely was. However, it really does seem to be as good as people say it is. While it can’t replace a gym, it’s legions better than any other at home workout solution I’ve used it. You can do a load of the important exercises and it really does feel nice to use. It’s all very solid and well made and packs away very neatly - unlike a lot of other options.If you’re looking for a way to stay active but can’t find the time to fit in a trip to and from the gym every day, I think this is a great option

Used it twice a week for a month and then one of the white resistance bands snapped while doing bicep curls

Was looking at another brand before settling on this, so glad I did. You can tell its top quality, no chance of snapping. Def get a good pump with this! Taking a while to get used to good form on exercises I do with ease at the gym, although now I'm exercising way more cos can't always make it to the local gym. I still prefer dumbbells for bench press etc yet this is band is strengthening my mobility in ways I wouldn't be able to do at the gym. Excellent for core too which I hadn't considered. I'm off travelling soon which is why I got it, yet am already using it at home so it's a win/win. Highly recommend
