Me and my husband take this and it makes me feel great! Plenty of mental clarity to get through the day and a nice price. We haven’t noticed any side effects, but it does take a few days to notice a difference.

These are small and easy to swallow, and they do work. I started out at 600mg and definitely felt the effects. After about three days, I'm feeling less groggy, but the lessened anxiety and increased focus are still present. Only downside is the price. I will go through a bottle a month and on top of other vitamins, supplements, etc. it's going to get pricey.

So I'm assuming you're here to shop for a stress reducing remedy. This is it. To start, I'm 56 and when I started menopause late 40's my anxiety went through the roof. I was consistently nervous and would wrench my hands or had that nervous belly feeling keeping me awake or appearing out of nowhere during the day. I started taking a low dosage Lexapro at night that got me through the night and most days... but that feeling creeps up again from time to time and I didn't want anymore "drugs" or a higher dosage in my system. A friend recommended the Thorne Theanine two years ago and they work! They take off that edge and reduce the stress quickly any time during the day without any drowsiness. If I feel the need, I'll take one at bedtime and sleep absolutely perfect. Told my doctor about taking these and she is good with them! Highly recommend!
