Real clear screen it's better then carrying a laptop around all the time nice size to fit into a bag when traveling I do leave my laptop at home now when out and about I'm able to check emails WhatsApp and everyday normal things that I need it for I recommend it for the people whose like me that doesn't want to carry a laptop around with them but needs something a little bigger then a mobile

So easy to set up. Able to transfer apps and data from my phone.I do plan to buy a larger memory card when storage fills up.Excellent quality feels like it can take the odd knock.

A capable and useful product
My five stars are based on a fairly low level [normal] of user who uses it for watching football, videos and listens to music in my camper and and at home. Because it's so good I have also started using it for other things too.I pair it with my phone to use in the van.It's so easy to get going, is easy to use and is very clear and balanced in terms of sound and vision.I have no hesitation in recommending as it compares well with, not necessarily better than. my wife's Lenovo Tab Plus.

Buy directly through Samsung
Purchased this as a Christmas present for my husband. After 2 weeks of use, it stopped working completely, white lines on the screen. Followed troubleshooting advice to take it for repair at Samsung store - they advised that it was a refurbished machine and would charge £200 to fix as warranty ‘void’, which is ridiculous as it was supposed to be a brand new tablet with a 3 year warranty. I had to pay £30 pounds just to get the tablet back from Samsung so that I could return to Amazon. Amazon tried to offer a repair of the item (why would I want a repair of a so called refurbished item that has no warranty?) I refused the repair and asked for a return. This has taken over a week since returning and had to call them again to get them to process the refund. They also promised to refund me £30 for the repair at Samsung but it has been an extremely painful process and I feel the time and hassle has not been worth it. Worst experience. I would not recommend this at all as it may be a refurbished product, such an Awful experience. buy directly from Samsung so that you know it is actually a new product!
