This stuff immediately solved my issue with a misfire on cylinder 4 due to a clogged filter (in the engine block) which feeds the MultiAir system on a Fiat 500. I had tried replacing plugs and coils before someone online recommended this product and I’m so glad they did! Ran it through the oil for 15 minutes, drained (came out black), filled with fresh oil and ran for another 15 minutes before draining (drained black a second time), then replaced the standard oil filter and filled with fresh oil. I have purchased the new engine block oil filter for the MultiAir system but since it requires lifting the engine slightly to replace I have been putting it off and this product was a huge time saver!

Use of this product is a good idea to help minimize sludge buildup.
Seems to have done a great job of cleaning my engine based on how dark the used oil was when I drained it, I believe I will continue using it at least once a year to help minimize sludge buildup.
