Good product, but it is small
Well made product, designed well - everything is good, except the size - doesn't hold much oil, so one needs to refill oil often.

Almost perfect
So I really love this, but..... The lamp goes out when I put the top on. Maybe that's intentional, but it's not what I wanted.My fix was to drill several holes in the bottom plate to let air in, and that fixed the issue. I do wish I could buy these with the holes already drilled, because I don't see how else this could work.

Company unwilling to replace defective part
The base of the lamp was missing one of the three feet, so it sat crooked - clearly defective.When I sent photos and asked for the base to be replaced, they said it is not defective! But it is.Then they suggested I send the whole thing back for exchange, which is a complete waste of money and needless impact on environment, when they could have just replaced the base. Bad product, bad company.
