This hoop is nice quality and great for adults! Very soft and extremely easy to assemble. The pieces snap together securely. Taking apart has proven difficult for me because squeezing two flush tabs in is suppose to disconnect the pieces, but I was unable to get the pieces to disconnect. The weight is perfect and the size is exactly what I was hoping for. It took me approximately 3 days to learn how to “hoola” around my waist, but now that I can do it-it is an amazing workout! I tend to gain weight in the belly area and I love the exercise this hoop provides! I can also feel it working on my legs! In 8 days I’ve actually lost about 3 lbs exercising 1x daily for 10 minutes with the hoop. I know 10 minutes isn’t much, but I hope to go longer as I get better. I highly recommend this hoop.

Easy assembly. The hoop is the perfect weight, not too heavy but not too light. After a while of use it does start to rub/hurt your waist.

I've only used this a few times so far, but I really like the weight and feel of it. This is a sturdy hula hoop that's a great asset to your workout, and it's pretty easy to assemble. The only issue is taking it apart—the sections are covered with foam, which is great for when you're hooping but not for when you're trying to take it apart. Plus, each section fits snugly together, which again is great when you're using it, but kinda a pain when you're trying to put it back in the box. Overall, though, I'll take a difficult disassembly for a great hula hoop that I can use for working out.

Excellent product that is made with quality materials and it makes working out fun. The one thing I absolutely love about this product is that you can take the hula hoop apart and put it back together minus one piece, to make your hula hoop smaller, which in turn allows you to a different kind of workout.

One of the main features this seller boasts is the portability of this hula hoop. They claim that it is portable, making it easy to take along to classes, groups, or whatever. They clearly imply that it is easy to assemble and disassemble on a frequent basis. SO NOT TRUE!This hula hoop is nearly impossible to disassemble. I struggled and struggled to firmly depress a button that is well hidden beneath thick, sturdy padding. Oh, the depression point is marked with some sort of label that quickly disappears forevermore. There are 8 pieces that must be assembled and disassembled, each one a painful and grueling experience. Thanks only to other reviewers, I learned the secret of disassembly. Nowhere does the seller offer the information.It turns out you must pull back the outer thick padding to expose the release button. Depressing that button is still difficult, and even then the two adjoining parts must be pulled apart WHILE DEPRESSING THE BUTTON.I needed to disassemble this hula hoop just one time - in order to get it back in the box for return! For me, this hoop with 2 pounds of weight was too heavy, much heavier than I expected. I just do not think it is healthy or wise to pound one's organs and cause bruising. Disassembling this hula hoop was a workout for sure, but not the kind of workout I was looking for.

I don’t know how this happened but the hula hoop started to come apart and now it’s extended. I can’t even snap the pieces back together. It was good for a couple months. Not too big and not too heavy.

I love this hoops was easy to put them together and I'm a mom of a 11 month old. I barely have enough time to do my workout so I just use this during my baby's play time and it helps so much !

I use this hoop to help tone my abs and get myself outside and moving. It has ribbed sections so when you first start using it, you might feel bruised, but you start to build resistance and get used to it. It's fun and healthy!
