Wow! im impressed! I watched youtube video on how to remove rust spots from my outdoor SS grill and it said ‘use this 0000 wool pads and water and it removes them like an eraser. I was like, no freaking way. I have tried every kind of spray chemical promising me to do this and nothing worked. I said, self, what do you have to lose? Inexpensive wool pads and water. So, I had a go and WOW!! IT WORKS!! I could not believe my eyes when these rust spots came off my SS Grill cover and outdoor refrigerator door. WOW WOW WOW! Then I used them to clean the inside of the grill. Wow!! Where has this magic been all of my life! If you are doing the same, make sure you follow the natural grain of your SS appliance. But man, this works. And from what im reading, there are many more uses for this stuff. This will be under my kitchen sink as part of my new asernal! As for this product, yes, its a lot smaller than what they look online, but that was fine with me.

Worked well on removing and polishing off the rust on a barrel. It was soft but abrasive and did its just without removing the finish. It came vacuumed sealed which i like and the quality is good. The price was good and If i need more I would buy again but probably less next time.

This #0000 steel wool is super fine and works great for polishing wood, cleaning glass, and giving that final buff on metal projects. I used it to clean up some antique brass hardware and also to smooth a wood surface before finishing—worked like a charm in both cases.It doesn’t scratch delicate surfaces when used properly, and it leaves everything with a clean, smooth finish. Way better than the coarser grades for anything detailed or delicate.Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can shred or leave tiny fibers behind if you’re too rough or use it on snaggy surfaces. Also, definitely wear gloves—it can dry out your hands or leave little pokes.Overall, it’s an essential in my DIY kit. Just treat it gently, and it’ll do exactly what you need.

WORKS PERFECT , size is smaller then expected

I got this item to plug the hole in the wall and ceiling where the water heater pipe and plumbing meet. The steel wool pads are dense, durable, and pliable. To keep mice out of our home, this item offers a good price, is easy to work with, and is an economical solution to prevent small rodents from entering living quarters. We live in an apartment complex surrounded by pastures. Our property's pest/rodent control isn't 100% effective. Although we appreciate the beautiful rural environment after having lived in a large metropolitan city for 35 years, we want to keep the varmits where they belong -- outside the home.

I keep steel wool 0000 under the sink and in easy touch with everything else for cleaning. Might be an old wive's tale but zi heard that Steel Wool 0000 is what auto detailers use on vehicle windows for Shine, Cleaning Power with softness. I now use it on anything that needs shine. Great to use on stove burner pans. These are a new to me size that I love and the durability is unbelievable. You can get a Shine that you can't get with other cleaners. Keep Steel Wool all strengths handy, you will love it!
