Best office chair
This is one of the most comfortable chairs I ever sat in. I sit at a desk for 11-14 hours a day and usually have pain within 1 hr. Not with this chair.

Just buy it!
Buy this chair now! I'm doing to do my best to be as concise as possible and refrain from going on an endless rant about how much I love this chair. What I'm going to do instead is accurately and thoroughly review this marvel of modern engineering. First I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself. I'm a 6 foot tall 250 pound military member with previous surgery on L5S1 which has left me with nerve pain every day of my life as well as problems on three other levels of my spine.Generally chairs aren't designed to seat a person of my stature and won't last very long. I requirea chair that's very sturdy, adjustable and ergonomic. The box came, overjoyed I struggled to lift it into my apartment. The first thing I noticed was the weight of the box. It gave me a sense of assurance in knowing that I bought quality. The Hardware felt to be of good manufacturing. Also I received double the hardware necessary to assemble the chair. I LOVE EXTRA HARDWARE. The instructions were very well illustrated and the chair built in minutes. One thing that I really appreciated was the way adjustments were engineered into the design of the chair. While assembling you can adjust the width of the arm rests. Once the bolts are tightened down your arm rests will only adjust up and down. Another adjustment built into the chairs construction is controlling the distance from the seat to the back rest. This is generally only a feature on higher end chairs and I was happy to see that is has quite a bit of range. The roller blade wheels are amazing! My apartment has tile floor and my old terrible chair struggled to move anywhere, often getting tiny wheels stuck in the grooves of the tile. It generally made navigating chasms of my unorganized room clumsy and difficult. With these rollerblade wheels I can glide from one end of the room to the other. Its effortless, I love it.The mesh feels very comfortable and breathable. The lumbar support is amazing. I nearly fell asleep the moment I sat in this. The lever that allows the chair to tilt back or sit straight up is the kind of lever that you push down or pull up. This is very good because some other chairs have a lever that's essentially a bar that you slide horizontally. Over time the bar can work its way out so when you go to sit back in your chair the lever pops out and the char sends you flying backward. This has happened to me at least fifty or sixty times and I have ended up on the ground as a result of this. The design of the seat back lever of prevents this from happening. This chair is so comfortable that I felt the need to write this review as soon as I sat down. Already my back feels better, my nerve pain is reduced. I had been sitting on a broken chair for over a year and a half until I noticed the amount of discomfort I was ignoring and pulled the trigger on this. I will update this review if anything changes or the chair fails overtime.

Seat Design Has Changed
Product isn't exactly as shown in images, including the customers images. The images show a 2-piece seat consisting of a plastic molded base and a seat cushion. I didn't receive the plastic molded base and sent an inquiry to Duramont. Their response "To confirm, there have been changes to the chair recently in order to make it compact thus the reason it does not have the plastic mold anymore". Other than this issue the chair seems to be of good quality.

Bought this chair new in 2022 for my office, use it everyday and to date, still very pleased with its overall comfort, function and performance! Built to last and would highly recommend!

Love this office chair
I’ve been working from home for a while now, and this chair has truly transformed my daily routine. Its ergonomic design is a complete back saver—no more mid-day aches! The multiple adjustment options, including stellar lumbar support, allow for a personalized seating experience that keeps me comfortable during long work sessions. The seat itself is plush and supportive, and the roller blade-style wheels glide effortlessly, making it a breeze to move around compared to those standard hard plastic wheels. Finally, a chair that rolls easily and smoothly! If you’re looking for an upgrade that’s worth every penny, I highly recommend this chair. It’s been an invaluable investment in my work-from-home setup.

Mixed Review but great company
Update... Review is still about the same. The discomfort I had first day did not continue once I adjusted better. Still wish back support was a bit better for me but... The company is amazing. They read my first review and reached out to me to figure out how to make it right. For that reason and that I do think many would love these chairs I ma changing my review to 5 stars. It's hard finding a company that cares so much about it's products and customer. Good job Duramont! So, I received my chair on the weekend and assembled it on Monday. I wanted to give a few days of use before leaving my review.I've now been using the chair for a full week.Assembly was no real issue, did take a little time and only one correction (put the arms on wrong sides even though marked). Only issue with product out of the box was one armrest had a dent in the cushion from resting against the metal on the other armrest while in the box. The dent has mostly corrected itself, but the issue is not enough to really complain, just a minor dent on inside of armrest.Love the height of this chair and size of seat. The wheels are great, I actually have to be careful not to go rolling across the room they glide so nice. The back tilt and raise and lower function work well.Lumbar support - there was nothing in the documentation explaining that it could be raised and lowered. Originally, the position was WAY to low for me and was very uncomfortable. After looking at it in detail I realized it could be raised or lowered (although not necessarily easily, make sure to have no tension on it when moving up or down). With chair mostly upright I feel most of my back support is on the lumbar, even at most compressed setting. I wish it were a little less so more of my back could rest against the chair back. In reclining, it is wonderful but that is not practical for working. The seat cushion, some complained about it being too hard. I don't feel that is the case, it is not super soft, but at 275 lbs, I have no issue with it.The headrest is pretty much useless unless reclining, but this is also probably linked to the fact that most of my back is not resting fully against the back of the chair (see lumbar above). When reclining, it is great.Overall - I'm still on the fence on this chair. I do like it more on day 5 than I did on day 1. First day I was very uncomfortable until I got it adjusted better. I wish it had more back support overall but it is not bad now that I was able to position the lumbar a bit better. If I put a pillow on the back of chair it works well, but for the cost of this chair, I shouldn't need that, Maybe a little more time and me adjusting to it will make the difference. We will see and I will update if so.
