Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass Gainer Protein Powder, Chocolate, 12 Pound

gained 15lbs in about 3 weeks. Good product BUT you have to work out. Not a magic powder that creates muscle on its own--lots of calories in this product.

Been using this stuff for a long time and never had any luck with it. The only thing it increased were my Arsenic levels! Nothing dangerous but still rather concerning if you ask me. Would not use again.

My son likes the product so we got this for him for Christmas. The only problem I can mention is that the bag did not separate when we tried to pry it apart. Not sure if it was a packaging defect but we had to pour the powder into another container.

The only thing not to like about Serious Mass is the price. $50 seems to be the going rate for a 12lb bag of protein powder these days, but Serious Mass makes it worth it by making a great tasting powder. Chocolate is definitely the way to go, and even though the label says to use a blender, a shaker bottle works just fine.

Puts the weight on with the right combination of diet, exercise, and rest.
