Was a nice product while the app worked, but 6 months later I'm left with 2 crabby kids on father's day cuz I can't get logged back in to hear or respond to their messages. Of course there's no tech help to be had on a Sunday either. Even resetting the password still brings up an invalid error message.

It's a little difficult for younger children to navigate to toy, but overall very satisfied with the two we bought

It eats batteries and if you have an uncooperative co-parent it likely isn’t good for your situation. Look into a product like the doki watch instead. It will work without expecting any work from others to set it up.

Horrible product! We got it for our kids and tried to get them to work for more than a week. One would not even talk and the other did not receive or send messages. We reseted them, changed batteries, tried different wifis and nothing worked. Customer service is pretty bad, they do not even know how to get their own toys to work, they do not know why the light on the side blinks one color or another, absolutely unhelpful. Stay away from this toy!

These came in fast! Super cute and my niece and nephew love them!
