Mostly good except for the wheels
I chose this shoe rack because of the matte silver finish to match my closet shelving. All of the others I could find were white or chrome. The mounting system for the rods made assembly quick, and is also very convenient for quickly removing a rod for large shoes, boots, etc. However, the wheels are very poor quality and do not roll smoothly.Edit: After posting my review above I was contacted by Wilshine customer service to help resolve my issue with the wheels. Based on their quick response and action, I'm happy to give them my full 5 stars.

It looks real nice in my closet
It looks real nice in my closet, the only problem was the instructions were labeled a, b, or c but the packages didn’t have anything on there. But it’s real easy to put together

Would not recommend
Really cheap made non sturdy product. One of the bar was bent and one wheel was broken and rusted. I can't move it since wheel is broken and frame is not that strong.

Not very sturdy...wheels didn’t fit and are useless but without wheels the screws scratch floors from other screws. Don’t recommend!!! Looks ok, but don’t expect it to last very long.
