Sumptuous treat!!!
Good value for four large tarts which could each easily count as a light lunch. The tartness of the blackcurrants and the sweetness of the frangipane combine to create a sweet taste sensation. Two great textures, the soft filling with the gentle crunch of the quality pastry. May well be even better heated up with cream or ice cream but mine was still lovely from the fridge. Really recommended, especially to those who like things a little less sweet. Arrived to us with next day delivery from our postie in perfect condition.
