Check It - No Grey
An update ... I have been in touch with 'Gohepi' and I believe we have come to a suitable arrangement, which should mean if you need their customer service, they are there ... thanksGrrrrrr! OK I suppose its my fault, I should have checked, but when you see what appears to be presented as a set of cartridges, it is not unreasonable to assume all the colours are included... but no greySo do read the small print. Can I suggest if the manufacturer pointed out it does not contain grey.. it would make me see this is a decent company who are not being economical with the truth ... sorry but when you buy a 'pack' of ink cartridges, you don't expect one colour to be missing and to know to search for that fact!

Be careful some cartridges are incorrectly specified for their respective color, ie. fitting a yellow you can get a error message stating that you have fitted the incorrect color, or a duplicate color. So far we have had this issue in most color's on a random basis. Luckily I bought multiple packs, so I eventual found one of that color that worked. When they are working they are fine, but I cannot take that risk on an ongoing basis........

Prompt delivery
This review is unfortunately only for prompt delivery service. I have yet to use the cartridges in my new Canon MG5750. Let's hope this new printer accepts the cartridges when I fit them.

As good as Canon originals so far
Have been using these printer cartridges for a couple of weeks and so far they work just as well as original Canon cartridges
