After installing this on my Irish front door with a multipoint locking system, I'm incredibly impressed. Also, be aware that you can't drill a 20mm hole straight through due to the metal multipoint mechanism - plan for slack on either side. With a 'router' drill and using an existing lock it's a 5 minute installation.Minor potential improvements:Option to purchase without the locking mechanism for those using existing multipoint locksBetter wire management or more internal space for excess cableOverall, this smart lock has transformed my home security. As someone who rents rooms occasionally, I'll never need to change locks or worry about lost keys again. The peace of mind knowing nobody will ever need to call a locksmith is worth every penny.

The media could not be loaded. I did my research in to a lot of smart door locks and this one fitted the bill. I have a 20 odd year old upvc door and was sceptical it would work with such a modern lock.I do have some diy knowledge but this still took me some time to install by myself. I did have to remove from the door a few times to get the screws lined up correctly. Fingerprints were easy to sort through the app.Once I was happy I took it for a test drive, locked door then left via my back door with keys in hand. The fingerprint worked perfectly and as shown on the video my hands were mucky from door oil but the door opened.I have set up the card to use now and will look at the codes when they are needed.If you are in any doubt about this lock, don't be, it's great

I had a locksmith fit this about a month ago & I love it. No more keys. (Although I have set up a secure lockbox outside my house just in case)Set up was easy, create an account & then go through the various options. I have mine set up with fingerprint, code & the tag. I only use the fingerprint though.One thing to be aware of is with wet, sweaty hands the fingerprint reader won't work. This is the same with phones so I can't blame the manufacturer for this.Only annoying this about this lock is you need a seperate hub if you want to control via the internet. These seem to be £25 - £50 on Amazon. So this gets a star off.But all in all great product.

All the family absolute love this lock.Don't have to carry annoying keys anymore and the door is securely locked all the time.The lock is fully compatible with multipoint locking system - i.e. if I pull the handle up, it locks with all points. But it is not possible to open from the outside even without pulling the handle up.The finger prints work very well as well as the key and the key cards and the code.Installation was easy. I did not need to replace the mortise nor drill any extra holes. I could feed both, the bolt and the cable through same top hole.The only small thing I had to adjust was to make a small groove for the cable.

I had one start lock before and the fingerprint is much less sensitive, it never worked for my kids.This one is way much better. And the fingerprint is much sensitive than before. Now the kids are able to unlock the door without any problems.It also fit the multi lock system, it is very well built. The easiest way is to reuse the old mechanic systems and just use the smart handle and new square bars. Only need to drill a hole on the door to let the cables going through. Very friendly for DIYers.

Battery drain after 6 months of use and now only lasts a week with new batteries before going flat. Does not work very well in the rain or when wet. Similar to over negative reviews. Don't buy as only 30 days warranty/returns. No way of contacting the supplier easily.

Our front door is a 5-point uPVC door, which requires lifting the handle to engage the multipoint locking system. We assumed this lock would be compatible.The delivery arrived very quickly. Installation wasn’t straightforward—we had to drill a new hole for the top bolt and manage the wiring. However, once installed, it worked flawlessly and is very impressive. The app functions well, but since my fingerprint isn’t very clear, I mostly use the key fob instead. Overall, it’s definitely worth the price.
